MDN+ is ready to serve you! We are an out of network provider that is entirely independent from insurance. We provide flat rate pricing for evaluations and follow-up visits so you know exactly what you will pay before you get started. All therapy sessions will be in the comfort of your own home!

Notice Regarding Medicare Regulations: Due to current regulations that prevent physical therapists from opting out of Medicare, Mobile Dry Needling+ LLC is unable to offer cash-pay physical therapy services to those on Medicare. We hope these regulations change in the near future and appreciate your understanding.

Initial evaluation (60 min): $195
Single follow up/treatment (60 min): $150
Treatment packages:
- 3 x follow ups: $140/each (save $30)
- 5 x follow ups: $135/each (save $75)
