In most cases, no. We are a cash-based practice, which allows us to provide longer, uninterrupted sessions, transparent pricing, and treatment plans focused entirely on your goals — not insurance restrictions.
However, we may be able to accept workers’ compensation insurance. A quick conversation with your case manager can help determine eligibility.
You can submit your receipt to your HSA or FSA for reimbursement, and superbills can be provided upon request for potential out-of-network insurance reimbursement.
Please note that our therapists are not enrolled in Medicare and cannot submit claims for Medicare reimbursement. We may still be able to see you even if you are enrolled in Medicare, but this will need to be discussed further. Please contact us for details.

Dry needling is a technique used to relieve muscle tension, decrease pain, and improve movement. Thin, sterile needles are inserted into tight or dysfunctional muscle trigger points to reset tissue, improve blood flow, and accelerate recovery.
It is different from acupuncture and is based on modern musculoskeletal and neurophysiological principles.
Most patients feel minimal discomfort. You may experience a quick muscle twitch or mild soreness afterward (similar to a workout), which typically resolves within 24–48 hours.
Session lengths vary depending on the service:
Dry Needling Sessions: 30–45 minutes
Full Physical Therapy Sessions (dry needling included if appropriate): 60 minutes
✔ One-on-one care every visit with the same Physical Therapist - no therapy assistants
✔ No crowded clinics
✔ No rushed 10-minute appointments
✔ Treatment at your location for convenience
✔ Transparent pricing - no unforeseen costs
✔ Focus on performance, not just pain relief
We prioritize results and long-term resilience.
No, in Wisconsin, direct access allows you to see a physical therapist without a physician referral.
To get the most out of your session:
Prepare your environment: your therapist will be bringing a treatment table and a few other items. We will need enough room to set this table up and treat you - ideally in a living room, home gym space, or dining room.
Your therapist will arrive promptly at the scheduled time, please be ready when the clinician arrives. Be sure to monitor your email & phone for any unforeseen delays.
Wear shorts, a tank top/t-shirt or loose fitting clothes.
Know or have your general medical history on hand - this will be discussed to ensure the safety of treatment strategies.
All consent forms (if not completed prior to your visit via email) can be further discussed as needed but will need to be completed prior to the start of your session.
You can book directly through our website or contact us via phone or email. We’ll respond promptly to get you scheduled.
Shortly after scheduling, you will receive two emails. We may also call if we have questions about the intake information you provided.
Welcome email: Includes additional details about your visit and specific pricing information.
Consent form email: Contains a digital e-signature consent form that must be completed prior to your initial evaluation. If you have any questions about the form, please feel free to ask.
