Welcome to the MDN+ family! My name is David Propson and I am the owner and operator of Mobile Dry Needling+ LLC. I am a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and have been serving the Manitowoc community since graduating from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2022. I specialize in Dry Needling, but also have expertise in exercise prescription and manual therapies.
With a strong passion for workforce health, I am committed to providing proactive, preventative care rather than traditional reactive healthcare solutions. I founded Mobile Dry Needling+ LLC in 2025 to help address gaps in access to high-quality physical therapy and dry needling services for individuals and local employers throughout the Manitowoc area.
